"I spent three quarters of an hour in the wheel chair on Monday and again yesterday and it was so good to get out into the fresh air although I think I should be given a wheel barrow, rather than an NHS wheel chair, as they can go to far more places.
"Reality is beginning to hit now and I want to get to Odstock as soon as possible for my rehabilitation to start."

Hi.
Glad to hear you've had some fresh air! The way you are progressing and keeping your spirits up you will soon be reunited with your wheelbarrow. Am in Exeter most of next week doing my LGV, if I finish early one day I'll phone the hospital and see if you are up to having another visitor - no worries if aren't. Thinking of you lots. Love Sarah, Mark and Jennifer.

I've been following your progress - great to hear that you're out of bed, albeit in a NHS chariot. I'd offer you my wheel barrow, but it's a bit wonky, got one handle higher than the other, squeaks as you push it and is rather shitty.
I know you must have balls the size of turnips to be doing all that point to point stuff - so I know you'll be fine. I wouldn't like to bet against you!
Really do wish you all the best.

Julie

I think flame decals would look great on the chair. Glad to hear your doing ok.
