I didn't manage to go to Wincanton on Saturday as I haven't been too well but my daughter Jasmin came up and we went to Salisbury Cathedral. She's here now with her friend Chloe massaging my feet.
Physio is going well and I'm working on getting myself out of bed rather than using a winch. Physio is demanding, but it is good because it is a challenge and that makes me feel better.
If I'm honest I'm feeling a bit pants as I come to terms with everything. It's very hard.
I've been thinking about getting myself a horse, so that I don't have to sit in this stupid wheel chair. My dad has a really nice pony called Cracker and a cart so maybe I'll try that. I've never been a happy hacker but I need to think of ways to get around so I need to find myself a nice pony - and a house with a field to keep it in.
I would like to say a big thankyou to all the girls who were raising money for me at Buckfastleigh yesterday and to everyone at the South Dorset point-to-point. I'm really so very grateful.

Hey. It was great to speak to you yesterday! Counted money till late last night, after the collection at Buckfastleigh. Final total £762.68! Blimey did Neats and Lyn do well. There was also buckets in the public bar, public food and sponsors hospitality. Will pay it into your account by the end of the week. Jennifer is going hunting tomorrow, they meet at Rora and she has Mrs Mac's hunter - Boson. So the sitting room was a tack room this evening. Say hello to Jaz and Chloe from Jennifer. Don't forget to text me your email address - also could you let me have Tony and Hilly's phone number, thank you!!
Keep up the momentum you are doing really well! And there are so many people rootin for you. Lots of love Sarah, Mark and Jennifer.

Sarah - it was great to speak to you this evening - a real stroke of luck that I called Jenny at that time. So good to hear you so positive and determined - and I know all your mates are equally determined to raise a pile of cash and get you your all-terrain chair.

Best Wishes, Tessa
