"I've been at Odstock for nearly two weeks now and it's a great place. I've been out and about in my wheel chair and I've learned the art of performing wheelies, thanks to the great help given to me by the physios.
"There are times when I do feel very down and frustrated and the progress I made at Exeter was a little too quick so I've had to take a few steps back but it is very, very good here. I'm hoping Robert Alner will be here soon so that I can watch the racing on his telly!
"I'm planning to go to Wincanton Races a week on Saturday where I'll be able to see my friends and I would also really like people to come and visit.
"My dog Lily is coming to see me tomorrow and then we are going to the pub!"
"It has been quite tiring, but I'll be updating more regularly again now."

Hi!!
Sorry its been a while but I'm busy setting up my Bioflow/Ecoflow(Magnets)business - along with everything else.
Glad to hear that you are doing ok and have learnt to do wheelies! People are asking how you are. Sorry I'm not going to be able to make it to Wincanton - its Buckfastleigh the next day.
I will come up and visit on a half day, but I'll text you first to see if its ok. Jennifer said to tell you that she will be hunting one of Mrs Mac's horses at Rora soon.
Hang in there you are doing fantastic. Take care - lots of love Sarah, Mark and Jennifer. P.S. Hope Lily didn't disgrace herself at the weekend - hehe!

Hi Sarah,

Its Philippa here, I used to point to point with you, and have the deer farm at Scoriton. I was so shocked to hear of your accident, and am willing you on, I'm sure progress will be steady but seem slow but you are in the best hands at Odstock.
Keep that infectious smile up, dont let the inevitable down days get to you, and keep positive. You are an amazingly strong brave girl, and you'll be able achieve more and more.
Keep smiling, you are in all our thoughts.
With love and best wishs
Philippa Arding ( Baker)
